Yolanda, founder of Zezen Realty, brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate, specializing in property acquisitions, client relations, investments, and remodels. With a background in engineering, she combines strategic insight with relentless determination, driving the growth and diversification of our portfolio. Fluent in six languages, Yolanda is known for her fun and personable nature, always going the extra mile to help clients, tenants, and team members alike. Her genuine kindness and commitment to others are at the heart of everything she does and the driver for her success.

Property Manager & Founder
Jaime's leadership in property management and roofing ensures operational excellence across all of our properties. His focus on tenant satisfaction has elevated the living experience to new heights. Also fluent in both Spanish and English, Jaime fosters strong relationships and care for all tenants and properties.

Property Manager
Yosune brings her passion for real estate and love of meeting new people to ZeZeN PM, making property management a refreshing and positive experience for both owners and tenants. A University of San Diego graduate with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate, she’s also a licensed agent in Colorado. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian—thanks to her studies and time abroad—she knows how to connect with people from all backgrounds. With strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help, Yosune ensures every property is managed with care and efficiency.
NAIARA VLASIC
Tenant Relations Assistant
Naia keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at ZeZeN PM, handling the digital side of operations while making sure tenants and owners have a stress-free experience. Currently based in Madrid, where she’s studying Business and International Relations, she brings a fresh, global perspective to property management. Fluent in English and Spanish, Naia helps facilitate clear communication and fast solutions, ensuring any issues are handled quickly and efficiently, especially as she works approximately eight hours ahead.
